About Charles With over twenty years of experience as a local player and coach, Charles brings a unique mix of passion, understanding and professionalism. His coaching philosophy is simple: listen to understand, support the individual, and develop football thinkers.
Charles holds a UEFA coaching licence and has decades of hands-on football knowledge.
Sessions are built around the individual, promoting ownership, reflection and creative thinking. Pins supports players on and off the pitch, building confidence, teamwork and self-belief. My primary objective is to support 'you' the individual. I am here to 'listen to understand'
We offer a range of training programs tailored for players of all ages and skill levels. Our sessions focus on mind, technique, strategy, and physical conditioning to ensure holistic development. We do not just train players, we build football thinkers! We teach roles, responsibilities and interdependence. We support players to think creatively. Football is not just obedience but interpretation, reflective learning and constant development. We encourage questioning, ownership and self-analysis.

We offer sessions for school years 3 to 10, as well as adult training.
Most in-person sessions take place at KGV (3G) in Guernsey.
Most group sessions are £10pp. 1-to-1 coaching is £35.
